My questions were answered in a competent manner.
Advice was helpful and bookings were registered according to my wishes.
Everything was as I had expected.
My impression is that the in-house procedures are well coordinated and that staff members know what their tasks are.

The members of staff were always friendly, polite and attentive; they seemed to be very motivated.
The guides were very sensitive to my wishes and I was happy with the way my requests were dealt with.
All the equipment, fittings and facilities were in working order, clean and user-friendly.
The facilities are well-maintained, clean and well signposted.
