| Bread bake house | |
| Roman bread! Snack bars were once located in the gaps between the supporting pillars at the north slope of Schönbühl hill. Inspired by the ancient function of these areas, the 'Roman' bread bake house has been installed there for museum educational workshops |

| Here you can visit an educational exhibition about the cultivation of cereals and baking in Roman times. Two original mills can be used to grind corn: a quern like those that stood in almost every household and a large mill from a commercial enterprise, for example a wholesale bakery, which had to be worked by at least two people. The oven is an exact replica of the original oven, which you will find 100 metres further on in the bakery (and sentry post) near the theatre. | ||
