Cocktail workshop: For cooking freaks and gourmets

The Romans were gourmets. Thanks to the original recipes of the famous Roman author, Marcus G. Apicius, it is also known what was on the table. Together the group prepares a selection of these refined dishes, thus providing a rich buffet to enjoy afterwards – perhaps even with additional friends.
Duration: 1.5 hours plus 30 minutes aperitif
Dates: 1. April – 16. October (Mon–Sat, Sun on request)
Group size: maximum of 20 people for the workshop, 40 people for the aperitif
Meeting point: Roman bakery (“Römische Backstube”)
Cost: Workshop (up to 20 people) plus aperitif up to 20 people CHF 450.-.
Workshop (up to 20 people) plus aperitif from 21 to 30 people an additional CHF 10.- per person.
Workshop (up to 20 people) plus aperitif from 31 to 40 people CHF 600.-.
You can order an apéro riche for an additional cost of CHF 100.-.
Beverages are charge according to consumption.
Please note: This workshop is for adults only. Please wear an apron or clothes that can get dirty. In cool weather, we recommend warm clothes.
