The perfect outing for the entire family.
We are particularly keen to make sure that your visit is an exciting experience for the entire family. Children in particular find that Augusta Raurica offers a true journey of discovery: in the subterranean passageway of the wastewater channel or in the Roman house where it is absolutely no problem to touch real antiquity.
However, Augusta Raurica is not just a popular destination for cultural outings. You can also just come and spend a wonderful day outdoors and have a picnic surrounded by interesting ruins – while incidentally discovering the Roman period.
Visitors to the museum and the Roman house as well as participants in workshops and guided tours from 12 years of age are required to wear a face mask.
