Experience Roman cuisine
Immerse yourself in the varied Roman cuisine. In addition to exciting background information, a buffet with Roman specialities prepared by you awaits you.
Even 2000 years ago, the Romans appreciated the fine art of cookery and fortunately left us some exquisite recipes.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at Roman cuisine in a group. Traces of it can still be found in our everyday lives today.
We cook in the rustic workshop rooms of Augusta Raurica - with fire and without electricity.
