This is an independent activity. You can borrow a box containing various scent containers from the museum ticket office. A brochure will accompany you on your tour of the grounds.

This activity involves using both sight and smell. You will explore Augusta Raurica'’s town centre with the help of a puzzle and five scent bottles. The scent puzzle instructions are only available in printed, written form.

Visitors search for locations around the site independently using a brochure. The information is only available in written form. The puzzle solution is given at an audio station.

Important locations on the puzzle tour can only be reached via stairs and unpaved paths.
