The data will be treated as strictly confidential and will neither be sold to third parties nor passed on in any other way.

Anonymous data collection

EIt is possible to visit our website without providing any personal information. No personal data
of any kind is stored. However, when you visit our website, you transmit data to our web
server via your internet browser for technical reasons.

The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between
your internet browser and our web server:

  • Name of the requested file
  • Page from which the file was requested
  • ­Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

We do not store any personal data in this context. In order to improve our offers, we only
analyse statistical data which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person
(see Analysis Tools).

The data is stored for security reasons. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about
individual persons on the basis of this data. The data is only checked if there are concrete
indications of illegal use.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

We collect personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a
specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you (e.g. contact forms).
Your personal data is processed and used for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your
order and dealing with your enquiries. After the contract has been completely fulfilled, all personal data will initially be stored in accordance with tax and commercial law retention periods (at least 10 years, Art. 727 Para. 1
OR) and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Collection and processing when using the contact forms

When using the contact forms, we collect personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you. We only use your e-mail address to process your enquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Passing on personal data

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners who we need to process the contractual relationship. In these cases we strictly observe the Information and Data Protection Act (IDG) of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum.

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Matomo (Matomo is an open source solution). Information generated by cookies about the use of our website is stored on our server. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. The information stored in the Matomo cookie about the use of this website is not passed on.
