Gladiators – Heroes of the Arena
How does a murmillo fight? Meet the gladiators, see them in action and have a go yourself.
Historical re-enactors will take you into the world of the gladiators: You will explore combat techniques, learn about the various types of gladiators, and discover what training and daily life were truly like.
You can view equipment and weapons up close, try on a helmet, and ask the gladiators questions. Those interested can try out some basic fighting moves under supervision.
Our drop-in session invites visitors to discover, try things out and get hands-on. No booking is required, and people of all ages can participate.
