Authentic Roman dining: A culinary adventure into ancient times
In this cookery course, we will revive the flavours of antiquity – once again, made possible by archaeological research.
Together, we will prepare and enjoy a Roman feast. After a brief look through ancient sources and archaeological findings, we will prepare the ancient recipes in our rustic bakery – without electricity.
This course will end with a shared meal and drink.
This course is organised by the Volkshochschule beider Basel.
