Immerse yourself in the diverse world of Roman cuisine. Alongside fascinating background information, you can look forward to a buffet featuring the Roman specialities you have prepared yourself.
As far back as 2000 years ago, the Romans appreciated the fine art of cooking and, fortunately, left us some exquisite recipes.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at Roman cuisine as part of a group. Traces of it can still be found in our everyday lives today.

This workshop offers many tactile experiences, smells and flavours of food. The recipes are not tactile. Our facilitators will be happy to describe visual information. Sources of danger: Knives and fire.

Learning disability
This offer encourages you to join in. After a theoretical introduction, you will cook Roman dishes yourself in a wood-fired oven. Recipes, fresh ingredients and kitchen utensils (e.g. knives and grating bowls) are provided.
Participants can leave the room at any time and return to the programme at a later date.
