Roman cuisine and its varied delicacies are still known to us today thanks to the recipe collection of the Roman cook Marcus G. Apicius.

In the bakery of Augusta Raurica, you will prepare appetizers and spiced wine according to Roman instructions and learn exciting facts about the food culture of 2,000 years ago. Finally, you will enjoy the prepared dishes in a cozy get-together.
